1 Year Update || Training Program || Garage Gym vs. Home Gym
After a year off of UA-cam, I am glad to be back and provide an update for you guys on the training programs and progression, basement gym, garage gym and whats my preference for a home gym. Is a garage gym better or basement gym? Also, maybe a new hobby to add to the channel.

As an American, of course the killing of children is horrible, nobody will deny what is happening over there is horrible. However, in the worlds POV, it's not as simple as that... The countries over there have some of the largest terrorist organizations in the world and the rest of the world is trying to combat them. Yes, it's unfortunate when civilians become collateral, that is nobody's goal. The enemy dresses like the rest of you but not all of them are regular civilians, that is their tactic and that is why it is so difficult to get rid of them. They dress like regular people, they hide right beneath your nose, and they talk and walk the same language but have bad intentions and its either to harm you and your family or the rest of us. Also from the world's perspective, the honest civilians aren't doing anything to combat these groups themselves, if they are, they're failing miserably, therefore, someone has to stop them, not just for the benefit of the entire world but in benefit for the people that live there. They target your children, as they are the most influential and naive and they teach them how to continue this nonsense. If this happened in my own country, where there were terrorist groups, we would all stand up against them. We may lose our lives, our land or even our cultures, but in the end, the children are what matter, and they will continue to change this world, they're fundamental for survival. On your side, you guys aren't standing up to the threat targeting your children. THAT is the difference, the people in YOUR country know the land far better than any foreign force and yet we are the ones having to fight for you because you guys aren't getting rid of the problem, you're allowing it to target the rest of the world. Well now the rest of the world is handling it for you.

Your video popped up on my algorism and I have an argument for Israel. Yes i am Zionist. Born in the United States. Raised Jewish my entire life. And went to Israel on a birth right trip for 11 days back in 2016. Israel gave me a middle eastern Miami Florida/Colorado US type of vibes which made me like israel a lot. I didnt even know about Palestine or the conflict until i got to Israel and been following about it ever since. So through thorough research. This is my take. Both muslims and jews lived in that sliver of land for centuries. For millennias actually. And different empires took it from the jews, as well as islamic empires through out the centuries. Before 1948, Palestine was home to a diverse population of Arabs, Jews, and Christians, as all groups had religious ties to the area, especially the city of Jerusalem. The land itself was under the CONTROL of various empires, such as the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, and eventually the Islamic Caliphate and the Ottoman Empire. But after the Holocaust the British HAD CONTROL and wanted to bring jews back to where they originated from which was Palestine/Israel and to also give Palestiaians their own independent state. And because more jews were pouring in to happily live in their own Jewish state. The surrounding arab countries didn't like that (including palestinian leaders), and radicalized the Palestians to fight for their own independence without there being a Jewish State involved which caused the jews to fight back. And when the jews won, (againts 5 Muslim countries that didnt want a jewish state) Israel was established in 1948. But sadly Palestine now relies on terrorism to get their freedom which is why Palestine is going through hell. Where are the Arab countires that had issues with a "Jewish state." They are now at peace with israel. It's only Palestine now that wants to rage war till the last man is standing just because there is a jewish state. There are arabs and muslims who live peacefully in israel. But hamas do not want a jewish state and will put their own people at risk to do so, especially after that horrific attack on October 7th. So israel is doing what it must to protect itself being its a legit well establish democratic country not run by terrorists. I don't condone the killing the of innocent people, but when you have terrosist hiding amongst there people, how else do you fight back? I wish both sides peace brother but their cant be peace when one side literally wants to eradicate jews and its state.

Hey boss man check it out- Palestinians danced in the streets after October 7. Welp. Ain’t nobody dancing now. You don’t know how to put it in to words? Israel is rocking Palestine’s shit. Is Israel supposed to let hamas just pop in, murder civilians, and forget about it? Get real.

I am waiting desperately for imams to issue fatwas to make all muslim men to wear dark sunglasses so that they don't look at non-muslim women in non-hijab. Muslim men keep on looking and salivating at non-muslim women bodies bcos their muslim women look unattractive in hijabs. But Muslim men can still look at attractive non-muslim women and non-hijab muslim women in their computers, handphones and TV. To prevent fitna and love of allal, Imams must issue fatwa to force muslim men to wear dark sunglasses 24hrs everyday so that they wont see clearly non-hijabi women and naked women when they are outside and on the computers and handphones on google and chrome.

I strongly agree, i have always been wondering about how the prophet and sahabah and the followers were actually strong, energised, boosted, moving their bodies not seated all day meanwhile they didn't have Gym or complex equipment And that's the point You need to have good health but never trade with your deen, modesty, principles etc

Absolutely WRONG , before Ramadan, you're dehydrated and hungry , and right after Ramadan, you're very tire , ive tried both . The best time to train in Ramadan is actually late at night around 12 AM few hours after breaking the fast , please stop giving people wrong advises.

It may have to do with personality I prefer training on my own and I love that I can decide to train and 5 seconds later I'm at the gym ,commercial gyms may have better gear but when training you are only limited by your imagination I only have a squat/ bench rack barbell /dumbbells / kettle bells and a cable machine × exercise bike and I have everything I need yes in s perfect world I would have more but I can train everything when as for ad long as I want.
